Currrent Board Members (2011-2012)

President Gerry Stewart

Gerry Stewart is our current president. Gerry is an Instructor at UCF/CMMS and is currently completing her MATESOL at UCF.Presidential duties include calling all meetings, organizing events, maintaining Chapter policies, and working with other professional organizations.

Immediate Past President, Alla Kourova

She teaches Russian and Applied Linguistics at the University of Central Florida.

Vice President, John McFarland

We welcome back Member Chair John McFarland as our new Vice President. John is an ESOL Instructor at Valencia Community College. VP duties include receiving and recording RSVPs and proposals for the fall mini-conference, spring speaker series, and other events; and assisting the president in coordinating speakers and publishers/sponsors.

Secretary, Robbie Bushong

We welcome back to the board Robbie as secretary. Robbie teaches at the UCF CMMS. Secreterial duties include taking minutes at meetings and events; and maintaining records of the organization.
